CCAK was founded and organized on October 14, 1994, as a voluntary association of dedicated municipal law practitioners with a vision for a statewide association for the mutual benefit and cooperation of county counselor and attorneys interested in the general betterment of municipal legal services and administration in counties of Kansas.
